Feel for the new guy in the neighborhood

I legitimately feel terrible for people who transfer their lives into this town plus try to figure out the best ways to establish themselves.

It’s not easy around here – there aren’t simple answers to a lot of your problems.

I know from my own experience moving here years ago, it’s stressful. In general, there’s nothing like changing to a new environment when you first transfer plus start to get your bearings. But moving here was one of the most stressful challenges in life for me. It’s a tiny, country town with easily few local businesses. Trying to figure out where to get basic goods plus services was not easy – especially when it came to my Heating and A/C system. Back at that time there was one Heating and A/C repairman – plus he didn’t advertise his services. The dude was really a vehicle mechanic, who knew a thing or two about heating plus cooling machinery on the side. He would come out to roughly inspect your boiler or AC system, tell you his best feel about the temperature control machinery, plus patch together some sort of solution separate from using certified substitutement parts. Then, it was a crapshoot if the heating plus cooling repair took hold or not. Half of the time, he would make your indoor air temperature worse somehow. Through years of residing here, I found a second Heating and A/C repair option; the town’s undertaker also knows a bit about Heating and A/C solutions, plus he does a better task with Heating and A/C repairs. And that’s the whole thing – no new guy moving in would ever assume to call the funeral house for a heating plus cooling repair.
