Do you know what’s really terrible for you? Stress. Everybody knows that, but I don’t think that we’ve truly recognized the full effects of being chronically stressed out. Even though I’ve managed to get my health back on track for the most part, I’ve been left with a few strange artifacts from this terrible time in my life. One of them is a whole host of allergies. I never had a sniffle before in my entire adolescence… Now I require the most high-quality indoor air possible just to be able to breathe and see straight. If I have poor quality are around me and my respiration is immediately in full emergency mode. My eyes turn red and start watering down my face. They are perpetually itchy and I don’t feel like I can even focus on a word on a page. Since I need to actually continue living, this means I spend a lot of money maintaining my central heating and cooling system. These systems work to remove tiny airborne contaminants that most traditional air filters miss. They truly keep your indoor air as clean and healthy as possible. I hate that I have these continual respiratory illnesses to deal with, but I’m glad that modern HVAC technology has given me a solution.
