Hot sauce thermostat deterrent

Whenever people adopt a new puppy they seem strangely surprised about the amount of destruction that follows. I don’t know who has missed the news posting, but you should be aware that small puppies invite a lot of chaos. Not only do you have to worry about the influx of soft puppy hair, but also their tendency to get into things that they shouldn’t. At this point, when people start having their personal property damaged by sweet baby pups, they finally start investigating ways to deter the bad behavior. As far as I know, people generally purchase bitter apple or a spicy hot sauce to keep puppies away from prized items. These days, I’m glad that chewing deterrents exist. I don’t have a puppy, but I have something similar that needs behavioral management. Recently, I have been using them at home on my central thermostat to keep my husband away from the air temperature control device. My troubles started about two years ago when my husband refuse to upgrade our heating and cooling system. It was obvious way back then that the air temperature control system was on its last leg. Still, he didn’t want to fork over the money for an upgraded heating and cooling system or the professional installation services. He insisted that we would get by without new HVAC appliances. Unfortunately, his remedy has been incessantly touching the central thermostat. Everytime the HVAC system is failing us, he changes the temperature settings. We’re spending a ton of money and energy bills each month and I can’t control his sneaky thermostat visits. That’s why I got out the hot sauce last week and started dosing the thermostat. My husband can’t figure out why his eyes keep burning, or why our energy bills have been much lower.
