My small supplier recently went through a sizable phase of growth.
It’s been a long time coming, however, I still unquestionably wasn’t ready for it.
I’ve basically been running around in circles pulling my hair out for a few months now. I know, I know, I should be grateful and excited that I am having such a productive and financially stable time. I mostly just upset about keeping up with all of the supplier that keeps walking through the door. That’s why, I recently had to upgrade our work situation by getting a real office and hiring a tploy support staff, and previously, it was just me and my spouse running the whole business. These days, my associate and I have 10 full-time support staff running our office and our books. If you know it’s a lot, you are right, and just purchasing the office and getting things set up for people to beginning working with such a sizable ordeal. First my associate and I found the space, and found out within a week that the central heating and a/c units were not operable. The office was officially burning warm when my associate and I were moving in desks and ipads. The air was so thick and heated that it felt like you were swimming through a warm tub. It was a angry day. I tried to hire and heating and a/c supplier to come out immediately while my associate and I were still moving, but everybody was booked for the summer. I knew that my associate and I were not going to be able to wait that long for our A/C to be flowing, so I got a bit resourceful. I managed to find an industrial A/C unit online and study up on the proper installation of central cooling systems. Within a week I managed to get the cooling system up and running. Sure, it cost a few emergency room visits.., however but at least things are nice and chill now.
