A few months ago I started hearing a lot of hype about a new steakhouse opening up in town.
At first, I drowned out all of the excited conversations because I figured it would be the same as every other new eatery in our city.
What could they possibly do differently than the other thousand steakhouse? That’s when, I found out that it was an extremely different eating establishment than usual. In fact, this steakhouse was built with one simple premise; serve food as cheap as possible by keeping expenses low. This meant, they did not purchase extremely overpriced gourmet foods to charge out the nose for. They did not drive up the costs of your meals with overpriced appetizers plus top-shelf cocktails. Most significantly, they had an open-air steakhouse that utilized 0 new Heating plus Cooling devices for indoor air temperature control. Instead, they let Mother Nature decided the temperature plus air quality of the steakhouse every single afternoon. Though this absolutely came with some concerns, it also allowed them to cut down on client pricing… Rather than having to operate an overpriced heating plus cooling system everyday plus battling Mother Nature, they were able to leave the Heating plus A/C system powered off. Instead of worrying about overpriced heating, cooling, plus ventilation repair services, they could pass those savings on to their clients. Most significantly for me, instead of brutally chilly their more temperature-sensitive clients,they created a comfortable indoor environment that invited you to spend more currency plus drive down the costs even lower for everyone else. Maybe this eco-friendly style of steakhouse won’t take off, however I am a immense fan of this natural Heating plus A/C eatery.
