My husband and I purchased a attractive loft about three years ago.
The loft is a lot larger than any loft that we ever owned before, and we never entirely pictured ourselves in such a big house.
We ended up buying it because of how attractive it is and how attractive the cabin that it is built on is. It came with seven acres of land and two ponds. I easily prefer our house. We got a entirely wonderful deal on it because the central a/c unit was broken when we purchased it. We did not plan on getting it fixed because we had constantly just used window units, and they kept our other loft quite comfortable during the Summer months. This loft was too big to just use window units to cool it, and we did not realize that until we tried it. We had three window units going downstairs, and it was still entirely moderate in particular parts of the house. No matter how cool I set the control units on the a/cs, the downstairs never cooled down enough, however upstairs was even worse. We only had one a/c up there, and it only cooled down our kitchen. We realized quite suddenly that we needed to get the central a/c unit fixed. It took us two years to save up the currency, but we eventually got it fixed, and it is so nice. The loft is finally comfortable during the Summer months. I am so glad that we were able to get it fixed because I entirely love being in the loft during the summertime now.
