Relocating our business made sense

Over the past few years my buddy and I have seen a dramatic decline in our numbers. We have had to let some definitely loyal employees go because there just wasn’t enough business to afford them any longer. This has been heartbreaking. As a local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C dealer plus repair shop my buddy and I have been struggling. The biggest problem is the fact that our area has seemed to stop growing. With no modern homes being built, no modern dealers moving to the area plus no need for major upgradements my buddy and I have run out of areas where my buddy and I can be viable. The fact that my buddy and I tune up the existing systems just isn’t keeping us afloat any longer, for all of these reasons my buddy and I have decided to close up shop plus transport a hundred miles away. This was a tough option but my buddy and I wanted to continue to grow. We are basically starting over in the modern area but my buddy and I can see enjoyable potential there. We sold the service portion of the business so that our shoppers can still continue to have their systems checked plus repaired as well. The area my buddy and I are moving to has seen a ten percent growth for residential plus a nearly twenty percent growth in commercial over the last five years. Things are booming there plus my buddy and I hope to establish ourselves as a quality Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C dealership plus repair service there. This will allow us to hire employees plus maintain our business. We can take advantage of modern house builds, upgrade of commercial units plus develop relationships with local businesss. In multiple ways it is sad to leave where my buddy and I are but my buddy and I must keep up with the times or close our doors for good.
