Over the past few years we have seen a dramatic decline in our numbers.
- My buddy and I have had to let some actually loyal employees go because there just wasn’t enough corporation to afford them any longer.
This has been heartcutting. As a local Heating as well as A/C corporation plus maintenance shop we have been struggling. The largest problem is the fact that our section has seemed to stop growing. With no new homes being built, no new suppliers moving to the section plus no need for major replacements we have run out of areas where we can be viable. The fact that we tune up the existing systems just isn’t keeping us afloat any longer, however for all of these reasons we have decided to close up shop plus move a hundred miles away. This was a difficult option however we wanted to continue to grow. My buddy and I are basically starting over in the new section however we can see great potential there. My buddy and I sold the maintenance portion of the corporation so that our customers can still continue to have their systems checked plus repaired as well. The section we are moving to has seen a ten percent growth for residential plus a nearly twenty percent growth in commercial over the last five years. Things are booming there plus we hope to establish ourselves as a quality Heating as well as A/C dealership plus maintenance service there. This will allow us to hire employees plus maintain our business. My buddy and I can take advantage of new house builds, installation of commercial units plus develop relationships with local dealers. In multiple ways it is anxious to leave where we are however we must keep up with the times or close our doors for good.
