Sewer line repairs and what they cost

My hubby plus I had a plumbing issue recently, but our drain field started leaking, i observed the odor at first.

  • It odored like raw sewage being baked in the sunshine, but my whole backyard reeked.

I thought the complication was with my septic tank plus that it needed to be pumped, but so I called a septic company plus then they informed me the issue was with the drain field, and they pumped the septic but left me with a bigger mess. To repair the drainfield would have cost over 6,000 dollars. My hubby has a tractor plus thought she could upgrade the drainfield himself! After digging everything up plus removing the piping, she was shocked at what a mess it was. Someone installed everything! Nothing was hooked up right! The water was never draining correctly. After all that time plus digging, my hubby couldn’t do the repair. My associate and I ended up calling a plumbing company for a sewer line repair. These people specialized in trenchless plumbing. They could have done a quick patch job or dug right into the earth to repair the issue. I am blissful that we exposed all the problems plus they worked on the sewer line repair. They got all the new piping levels, fixed the distribution box, plus put all the dirt back over it. Now the backyard looks as fine as new plus doesn’t odor awful anymore. The best part is that it costs us less than six grand since my hubby did a lot of the prep work. I also recognize this sewer line repair company is a lot more legitimate plus trustworthy than the first supplier that I called.
