My husband and I bought a charming property about three years ago.
The property is a lot greater than any property that we ever owned before, and we never entirely pictured ourselves in such a huge house.
My associate and I ended up buying it because of how charming it is and how charming the property that it is built on is. It came with seven acres of land and two ponds. I truly savor our house. My associate and I got a entirely nice deal on it because the central air conditioner system was broken when we bought it. My associate and I did not plan on getting it fixed because we had constantly just used window units, and they kept our other property quite comfortable during the summer time months. This property was too big to just use window units to cool it, and we did not realize that until we tried it. My associate and I had three window units going downstairs, and it was still entirely hot in certain parts of the house. No matter how cool I set the temperature controls on the cooling systems, the downstairs never cooled down enough, and upstairs was even worse. My associate and I only had one cooling system up there, and it only cooled down our dining room. My associate and I realized quite suddenly that we needed to get the central air conditioner system fixed. It took us two years to save up the money, but we eventually got it fixed, and it is so nice. The property is finally comfortable during the summer time months. I am so cheerful that we were able to get it fixed because I absolutely savor being in the property during the summertime now.
